By exercising any of the given rights below, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this license (the Koian Music License). 
You are granted the licensed rights if you accept and adhere to the terms and conditions. 
This license is revocable and subject to change. 

Section 1 - Definitions

	a. kulupu ko is the licensor of the licensed material.

	b. Tracks or pieces are licensed musical works of art by kulupu ko which you are able to listen to,
	play, record, or otherwise interact with aurally. 

	c. Derivatives are copyrightable works of art which in some way or form are based on, are similar to, 
	or borrow musical concepts from any track or piece. 
	Derivatives are also works which use tracks or pieces alongside any other work of art. 

	d. "You", or any other second person pronoun, 
	are the individual or entity exercising the rights given in this license. 

	e. "this license" is the Koian Music License. 

Section 2 - Rights
	
kulupu ko grants explicit permission and worldwide rights to you in accordance with the terms and conditions to:

	a. Remix, cover, or otherwise create a derivative 
	of any released or unreleased musical pieces or tracks. 

	b. Commercially or non-commercially release any of 
	said covers, remixes, or any other derivatives.

	c. Use tracks or pieces within a work as music heard 
	in the background and or alongside any other work.  

Section 3 - Terms and Conditions

You must follow the terms below in order to exercise the given rights as shared above:

	a. Do not redistribute the tracks or pieces unedited, 
	or without any changes, without further given permission.

	b. You must credit "kulupu ko" whenever you release a derivative of the tracks or pieces. This means stating
	that this is a derivative of a track or piece in an easily accessible place, where anyone can see it. 
		1. If multiple covers, remixes, or derivatives are compiled and or released in one place, 
		you may credit "kulupu ko" once for the whole compilation.

If you do not comply with the terms and conditions of this license, this license is considered invalid and
and you are not entitled or granted any of the rights outlined in this license.

The rights in this license are able to be revoked and or terminated from any individual at any time by kulupu ko, for any and all reasons,
without any further notice, and without any stated reason. 
If terminated explicitly, they will not be able to be restored automatically as per section 5(b). 

Section 4 - Warranty

	a. The tracks and pieces provided by kulupu ko, and this license are offered as-is and as-available. 

	b. kulupu ko is not liable for any consequences, costs, or any other damages 	
	arising out of this license or use of the tracks and pieces.
	kulupu ko waives all liability that may arise from this license. 

	c. Where disclaimers of warranties, and waivers of liability are not allowed in part or in full, 
	they will not apply to you. 

Section 5 - Termination

	a. If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this license, then your rights granted under this license are automatically 
	terminated and revoked. 

	b. If your rights have been terminated, they are able to be reinstated upon explicit reinstatement by kulupu ko.  
	If you have fixed the violation, the rights will be automatically reinstated. 
	This section does not affect any right kulupu ko has to seek remedies or 
	remediation for violations of this license or
	explicit termination by kulupu ko themselves.

	c. kulupu ko may offer the tracks and pieces under separate terms and conditions or stop distributing said tracks or pieces
	at will or at any time. This license becomes terminated, and the tracks and pieces will be subject to the new terms and conditions.
	
	d. Sections 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7 survive termination of this license. 

Section 6 - Non-terminating Terms and Conditions
	
	a. kulupu ko will not be bound by any additional terms and conditions unless explicitly agreed to.

	b. Understanding and agreements regarding this license not stated here are separate from the terms and conditions of this license.


Section 7 - Interpretation

	a. This license shall not be interpreted as restricting or reducing any other rights or conditions about the tracks and pieces
	separate from this license and given under the law. 

	b. If any of the provisions of this license are deemed unenforceable, it will be automatically
	reformed to make it enforceable. If not, then the provision will be severed without affecting any of the other provisions.

	c. No term or condition may be excluded unless agreed upon by kulupu ko.

	d. Nothing in this license may be interpreted as a limitation or waiver of kulupu ko's or your immunities, privileges, and or rights
	from legal processes of any authority or jurisdiction.
