• admire the pure, holy simplicity of the humble worm, that epitome of perfect design achieved by evolution, so beautiful that i'd seek to attribute it to a higher figure and yet seemingly only the natural processes of the universe brought us this emergent work of art, that dear recycler that does not feel and does not argue, which only does its job of proliferation and degradation, the basal form of all of our species and the animal to which we shall all return in the end, the world's foremost example of how evolution does not always progress in complexity and yet still progresses, that example of diversity and how society chooses to categorize and conceptualize our world based off of shared features despite the multiple genera not having any thing evolutionarily to do with each other, that muse of mine from which i draw so much of my inspiration
